Have hybrid or remote work environments impacted trust and connection in your workplace?
Do your employees hesitate to ask questions and challenge ideas?
Are you missing out on ideas from diverse voices on your team?
If so, we invite you to join us for the Unmasking Leadership discussion series – a complimentary, drop-in, interactive discussion series focused on all things human-centered leadership. We meet virtually on Tuesdays from 8:00am-8:50am Eastern Time. Sessions are free of charge, but registration is required. To register, click here.
As facilitators, we start the group with a topic and then the discussion is driven by YOU – your experiences, thoughts, questions, and insights.
We focus on how these topics come up in YOUR workplace, what challenges you see and what best practices you can implement.
Join our Linkedin group here to deepen our connections with one another and continue the conversation between discussions.
Why Human-Centered Leadership?
For far too long, organizations have prioritized business results over the human experience. Efforts to acknowledge humanity have been traditionally viewed as a distraction from, rather than an investment in, the bottom line. However, recent events, such as the global pandemic, have revealed significant limitations to this approach to leadership.
Our post-pandemic world calls for a new form of leadership–one that recognizes that psychological safety, inclusion and overall well-being are not just good for employees, but also critical to the success of the overall business. Unfortunately, few leaders are prepared for this shift.
The Unmasking Leadership discussion series aims to stimulate thought-provoking dialogue about the human-centered challenges facing today’s workplace. We strive to harness the power of diverse perspectives across a range of industries, roles and levels to share best practices, develop solutions and empower participants with actionable strategies that can be implemented in your workplaces.
Together, we can move toward greater human-centered leadership, one leader at a time.
