However, recent events, such as the global pandemic, have revealed significant limitations to this approach to leadership.
Our post-pandemic world calls for a new form of leadership–one that recognizes that psychological safety, inclusion and overall well-being are not just good for employees, but also critical to the success of the overall business. Unfortunately, few leaders are prepared for this shift.
